Our leadership
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Ashish is one of the founding members of Alphacorp having served the company since its inception more than decade ago. Ashish has been credited to have successfully built the company’s financial architecture from its foundation, establishing credit lines and building its revenue base. Over the years, Ashish’s responsibilities expanded to include Business Strategy, Operations Management, Risk Management and Human Resources.
As a CEO & Director of Alphacorp Development Private Limited, Ashish is primarily responsible for driving business growth in the company. His focus lies in implementing the Board’s mandate to continuously enhance the company’s long-standing reputation of being professional, ethical, transparent and oriented towards deliverability, key concerns of the sector today. To this end, he has been pivotal in instituting processes, such as the mandatory use of Escrow accounts.
Santosh is a chartered accountant and has an experience of more than 2 decades in streamlining business operations that drive growth, increase efficiency and bottom-line profit. Santosh has hands on experience in forging partnerships with financial institutions and private equity players and has been credited with successfully managing Foreign Direct Investments in the organisation.
He possesses a profound knowledge of real estate bylaws, tax and audit systems and therefore drives the organisation’s critical financial decisions in new and existing ventures. As a Chief Financial Officer & Executive Director of Alphacorp Development Private Limited, Santosh is responsible for managing the financial performance of the organisation.
